1. Services Offered
Beyond Dump provides junk removal, clean-outs, transport, and third-party pickup/delivery services. Availability is based on scheduling and local compliance.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service details
- Prepare items for safe pickup
- Secure hazardous or regulated materials
- Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed
3. Limitation of Liability
- Damaged items due to packaging or fragility
- Delays from vendors, traffic, or weather
- Item condition, quantity, or quality from third-party vendors
4. Refusal of Service
- Illegal or hazardous materials
- Unsafe or excessive items
- Situations posing risk to staff
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- Accepted: cash, card, digital methods
- Final price may vary from estimate
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice cancellations.
Beyond Dump reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Vehicle or equipment breakdowns
- Staffing issues
- Vendor or access complications
- Safety or hazard concerns on-site
We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule your service promptly in these cases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials are property of Beyond Dump. Reuse without permission is prohibited.
8. Privacy
