  • Pickup and delivery information is accurate

Limitations & Refusals

• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, excessively heavy, improperly packaged, or prohibited items.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Vendor-related issues
  • Traffic, weather, or equipment problems

Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you agree to:

• Assume all risk for goods picked up from or delivered to third-party vendors
• Indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Dump from any claims or liabilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct

• Pricing is based on size, weight, labor, distance, and access
• Estimates are non-binding and may change upon job completion
